Reliance Comfort renews Vertex outsourcing deal

Vertex, a leading international business process outsourcer and IT services company, today announced it has signed a multi year contract extension with Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership (Reliance).

Reliance takes financial, service and asset risk on essential home and business products and services to make them affordable, efficient and to provide "peace of mind" for its customers. Reliance offers two core product areas to its over 1.5 million residential and commercial customers: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Security Services.

Vertex has successfully managed Reliance's CIS billing system since 1998, and this most recent contract extension continues a successful relationship for both parties through 2014.

The contract extension calls for Vertex to provide hosting and application management services on its Enlogix customer billing system for Reliance. Additionally, Vertex will provide remittance processing services for Reliance.
