Aconite, the leading provider of EMV and smart card software solutions and professional services today announced a partnership with Tecnocomputación 3000 SA in Venezuela and its sister company Identificación Plástica in Colombia to supply Aconite's award winning portfolio of EMV migration and prepaid card solutions in their respective markets.
Aconite's EMV FastTrack migration solution will complement Tecnocomputación 3000 SA and Identificación Plástica existing portfolio of smart card systems, which includes solutions for smart card personalization, point-of-sales terminals, hardware security and instant issuance. Aconite's EMV FastTrack enables issuers to quickly and cost effectively process EMV transactions and reduces card risk through dynamic post-issuance scripting.
Tecnocomputación 3000 SA and Identificación Plástica will also supply Aconite's Smart PrePaid application to card issuers in Venezuela and Colombia who are looking for rapid entry into the lucrative low value transaction pre-payment space. Tecnocomputación 3000 SA and Identificación Plástica chose Aconite's Smart PrePaid solution, as it met the needs of their customers by offering a fast, low risk and low cost route into growing prepaid contactless markets such as transport and retail.
