The US bank will use the software to provide a single, consolidated view of its clients. By integrating and aggregating multiple legacy accounting systems, the Siebel eFinance platform will allow PIA professionals to better identify, track, and close new business opportunities, says the company.

The bank originally selected Siebel Service in 1999 for its resource centre product which supported PIA investment management, trust and brokerage clients. The bank will now roll out the eFinance package in the coming months to portfolio managers, trust officers, private bankers, and financial consultants in all of the PIA field offices. It will also deploy Siebel Internet applications to provide PIA clients with Web access to their investment management and trust accounts.
