Bruce Aust, Global head of listings at NASDAQ OMX, said: "We are delighted that one of the leading fintech firms will be joining the diverse mix of tech companies that have come to NASDAQ this year. 2014 has been a very strong year for IPOs, with 74 to date in the U.S. on NASDAQ including today's listing of Truecar.com, making it the best start since 2007. This includes around a dozen non-U.S. companies, which demonstrates that NASDAQ continues to be the exchange of choice for technology companies looking to raise capital. Based on the current pipeline of companies, 2014 could be a record year for IPOs on NASDAQ."
