TMX Group today announced plans to open an office in Singapore, subject to regulatory approval. The new office, scheduled to open in 2014, will focus initially on establishing new business relationships and exploring new opportunities for Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and Montreal Exchange in the Asia-Pacific region.

Beyond North America, TMX Group continues to work to increase international interest and participation in Canada's premier markets through its offices in London, U.K., Beijing and Sydney.
