3V Transaction Services (3V), 3vcorporate.com - the global payment platform provider, today announced the appointment of Tom Smith of TTV Capital to its Board, following their recent €5m Series B investment. The investment will fund further expansion into US and European markets in 2013.
Tom is a co-founder and managing partner of TTV Capital and a seasoned investor in technology-enabled financial services businesses. He currently serves on the Boards of fintech companies, such as, eWise and IP Commerce. Previously Tom served on the Board of Green Dot, where TTV were one of its initial investors, prior to their successful IPO in 2010.
