Saxo Bank has today announced the appointment of Lars Olesen as Head of Front Office in London.
With more than 20 years' experience working in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income markets and managing global teams, he will be responsible for business management and sales development within Saxo Bank's UK operations. Lars will report to Albert Maasland, Senior Vice President and CEO of Saxo Bank London.
He joins Saxo Bank from Thomson & Associates Ltd where he was responsible for consultancy services for international banks. Previously he worked for Citigroup where he started the Groups' FX eCommerce Business and was Global Head of FX Sales as well as Global Head of Client Management & Marketing for Citigroup's Fixed Income Division.
