I suppose Mr. Pettit is 100% right speaking about simplicity!

Banks customers needs and they are looking for straightforward operations even in the case if they do not use apps very often. Often existing banking applications are unnecessary complex and "over-engineered" that makes them almost unusable especially by old generation!
