While AnchorBank already offered their account holders the fxBusiness Banking solution, the institution will soon extend its service line with the fx eBanking platform, bill payment and presentment, auto enrollment, check imaging and electronic statements. AnchorBank will also offer 24x7 Customer Support that provides online users around-the-clock access to customer service representatives, fxWealth Management for external transfers to and from accounts at other financial institutions, and FX Enhanced Reporting and Marketing Package for targeted messaging and customized reports.
