Level Four steps up international plans with three new appointments

Level Four Software, a leading provider of specialist ATM software solutions, today announced three senior appointments, demonstrating its strong foothold in the ATM market and its ongoing expansion in the global self-service market.

Mark Burns has joined Level Four as business development manager, responsible for sales and account management for the UK, South Africa and Spain, while Jan Doskar has joined the company as business development manager, responsible for sales and account management in Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Roderick Parks has also joined to take on the role of pre-sales support consultant. Based in Maidenhead, he will support the sales process for the European business units. All three will report into Ian Kerr, who heads up the company's global sales and delivery team.

Mark Burns joins Level Four from software vendor Nexus, where he managed regional sales for EMEA. Burns has more than fifteen years experience in sales and marketing, including roles with Philips Speech Processing in Vienna, Austria, and Philips Dictation & Philips Information Systems, UK.

Jan Doskar brings to Level Four an extensive knowledge of the Central European cards business and a strong background in financial services.
Prior to joining Level Four, Doskar led EMEA business development and the channel partner strategy for Card Tech Limited. Previously, Doskar held positions at euroConnex and Arksys/Euronet based in Hungary. Doskar also spent seven years with Visa International, developing and implementing corporate strategy within the CIS countries and Central Europe.

Roderick Parks is an accomplished technical sales consultant, and joins Level Four from Oasis Technology Limited, which was acquired by eFunds Corporation in 2003. At eFunds, Parks played a pivotal role in the RFP response team and also in supporting client engagements in top 100 financial institutions. Parks began his career with Honeywell Information Systems Limited.
