P&H Solutions, the leader in providing business banking solutions to financial institutions throughout North America, announced today that Ocean Bank, the largest independent commercial bank headquartered in the state of Florida, has chosen P&H Web Cash Manager as the platform from which it will serve all of its business customers located throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

"For the last five years, we have had an excellent relationship with P&H," said Barbara A. Morizot-Leite, SVP and Cash Management Manager at Ocean Bank. "We are excited about the single system approach that the latest version of Web Cash Manager will bring to our bank and ultimately, to our business customers. We have already migrated over 2000 small businesses to this new platform and their ability to access new products and services as their needs change is a clear competitive advantage for us."

"Banks like Ocean Bank are ideal candidates for adoption of our Enterprise Business Banking strategy because of their diverse customer base," said Ralph Dangelmaier, President and CEO of P&H Solutions. "Having a single product gives Ocean's customers the ability to take advantage of our full suite of business banking applications no matter how small the business. It also allows branch personnel to sell business banking services directly from a branch. That represents a significant competitive advantage for the bank."
