The ground-breaking service will enable Financial Institutions to enhance the authentication protective measures of customer information and provide a proactive stance in monitoring, alerting, and reporting critical customer data leakage.

With identify theft on the rise as well as Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliance and FFIEC Guidelines in effect, Financial Institutions are in need of assistance to shore up defenses against cyber crime. Based on direct response to client demand, Pivot Group has developed two service options that will help Financial Institutions comply with GLB Act 501(b) and FFIEC Authentication Guideline.

Using its banking expertise and proven methodology, "look, plan, act, repeat", Pivot Group has developed risk assessment and implementation models for both Data Leakage Detection and Multi-Factor Authentication. The two service options will help evaluate, select, implement, train, and maintain the best solutions that fit each individual Bank's specific needs.

Jim Soenksen, CEO of Pivot Group, commented, "Not only is our new Data Privacy and Protection Service the only solution specifically developed to solve this intense need, but our clients benefit from Pivot Group's Information Security and Bank expertise and our ability to build the right tailored solution in a minimal amount of time, making the best use of available resources."

"Financial Institutions have so many technology options available and very little time to assess all of them. Now, with our unique and timely solution, they don't have to scramble to decipher all of their choices," added Kristen Zarcadoolas, Pivot Group's Managing Director.
