Princeton signs two to payments platform

Princeton eCom, the leading single source provider of integrated electronic payment and bill presentment solutions for banks and billers, today announced its PayAnyone solution has been selected by Texans Credit Union and Oregon Community Credit Union to provide an Web-based payment platform that delivers extraordinary customer service and efficiency.

PayAnyone, featuring Princeton eCom's Real-Time Digital Scanline (RTDS), offers the ability to provide customers with a secure, convenient, and fast online payments platform that significantly reduces the risk of payments being rejected or delayed. RTDS has enabled users to achieve an unprecedented industry claims rate of less than two per 10,000 transactions.

Texans Credit Union, located in Richardson, Texas wanted to provide customers with an enhanced online bill payment experience that delivered convenience and maximum accuracy for its members and achieved greater efficiency for its operations. "PayAnyone gives our members the quality, service and convenience we want them to have and helps both of us decrease our dependency on paper," said Greg Gallant, EVP CTO, Texans Credit Union.

Oregon Community Credit Union, located in Eugene, Oregon also wanted to build on its commitment to customer service and sought an online banking platform that would enable members to easily make payments to multiple billers with minimal risk of returns. Oregon Community selected PayAnyone for its ease-of-use and proven record of reducing claims and increasing electronic adoption rates.
