Communication Intelligence Corporation (CIC) (OTC Bulletin Board: CICI), a leading supplier of electronic signature solutions for business process automation in the Financial Industry and the recognized leader in biometric signature verification and IntegraSys, a business unit of Fiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV) announced today the successful launch of a new electronic signature capability within IntegraSys' Premier core processing solution, powered by CIC's biometric electronic signature software.

IntegraSys' Premier core processing solution is a highly sophisticated online service bureau system that delivers comprehensive processing to hundreds of credit unions of all sizes. Premier supports all of a credit union's service needs - from ATM support to workflow processing to online interfaces and report queries - in addition to totally integrated share, loan, general ledger, accounting and payroll processing systems.

As a hosted solution, Premier enables the rapid adoption of automated processing without significant up-front deployment costs. Successfully deployed at hundreds of credit unions nationwide, Premier now provides an electronic signature option enabling credit unions to benefit from paperless business processes. With the addition of Sign-it from CIC, Premier can provide an electronic signature capability that provides maximum transaction integrity and evidence for non-repudiation.

"We are committed to offering our customers best practice solutions that address real business issues and we are pleased to broaden our deployment of an eSignature solution that delivers innovative, efficiency-boosting capability while also ensuring data integrity and legal compliance," stated Tim Watson, Vice President, Premier. "We began working with CIC in late 2004 and first deployed their technology early last year within our loan origination solution platform, Loan Advantage. We did a great deal of research on eSignature technology and chose CIC based on its success with large deployments within the financial industry, its strong intellectual property position, and its robust technology."

CIC's Sign-it product provides Financial Institutions and their solution providers the ability to streamline signature based business processes while at the same time addressing legal, compliance and non-repudiation challenges. Sign-it was designed with the software solution provider in mind. It includes a great deal of flexibility in providing not only biometric handwritten signatures but also the ability to deliver CIC's best practice eSignature process with alternative signature technologies such as; click-wrap, passwords, voice, fingerprint and PKI through a common product.

"IntegraSys has a strong reputation for providing leading-edge solutions with maximum value to its credit union customers," stated Scott Zieglar, CIC's Vice President of Channel Sales. "We are pleased to work with IntegraSys in extending the value of the Premier product and further differentiating IntegraSys in the market place."
