As part of the alliance, SEEC has joined FileNet's ValueNet program, and will begin offering its SOA components integrated with FileNet's P8 Business Process Manager.

In addition, SEEC and FileNet will coordinate sales and marketing activities to demonstrate the value of the combined solution to customers.
