Royal Park Partners, the specialist financial advisor to the fintech industry, has announced the appointment of fintech specialist Vaggelis Makris as senior director, joining the London team to broaden the firm's global offering.

The company is accelerating its international presence, with recent transactions across the US, Germany and South Africa, and deepening its pool of global fintech advisory talent.
Vaggelis brings with him 20+ years of deal experience in financial technology as investment banker and investor. He offers substantial client insight from prior sell-side (Credit Suisse FIG investment banking) and buy-side roles, as a former strategic investor at HSBC and former PE/VC investor at Fosun and Mouro Capital. In his new role, Vaggelis will deliver strategic positioning and deal structuring guidance, further elevating Royal Park Partners’ reputation as the go-to M&A and capital raising advisor of choice.
