Financial Objects plc, a leading supplier of advanced technology solutions for banking and financial services, has today announced that Glasgow-based, financial administration services organisation, BlueBay, has completed contracts to utilise fairs IFA Manager to assist with back office services for its IFA client base.
BlueBay provides customised administration support services for SME IFA practices and prides itself on lessening the compliance and administrative burden for these organisations. The multi-branch/site option available within fairs IFA Manager means that individual, separate data sets can be stored and maintained which is of paramount importance to a company such as BlueBay.
Germana Bianchini, Managing Director at BlueBay commented, "An expanding client base forced the decision to implement electronic client management software. Whilst the majority of available systems met our needs from an administrative point of view, the fairs product excels in handling the different data sets corresponding to our client base. In addition to specific reporting for each of the individual practices we administer, we can also produce combination business reports to give us the consolidated information applicable to our own business."
Software contracts were exchanged in April 2006 and the implementation of the fairs IFA Manager system is in progress. IFA practices and client data loading is set to begin this month straight after the completion of the initial staff-training programme.
Commenting on the new partnership with BlueBay, Gary Sawyer, Managing Director of fairs at Financial Objects commented, "With around three hundred fairs customers today, we have a wealth of experience working with the IFA community on these types of projects. BlueBay recognised that fairs IFA Manager would fit neatly with their system requirements and that by using a combination of our product and development skills, they could achieve their expansion goals with confidence."
