AP Technology, a leading provider of business-banking connectivity solutions, and Bank of Oklahoma Financial (BOK Financial) (Nasdaq: BOKF), a $16 billion regional financial services company, have formed an alliance to offer corporate clients a solution for unattended website file exchange and report access with the bank's information reporting system.
The Transporter software solution allows BOK Financial clients to automate the process of secure website file exchange for ACH, Positive Pay, Balance, Lock Box, Wire Transfer, and more. The software supports HTTPs, HTTP, FTP, FTPs and FTP communication protocols and is compatible with all file and data types.
Once a client begins using Transporter, they no longer need to perform the tedious task of logging onto a bank's website every time they need to exchange files with BOK Financial. Clients may now completely automate the transfer of files to BOK Financial's Net Connect website at a designated time or when a specific file appears in a defined directory. Additionally, clients have the option of simply dragging and dropping the file onto the BOK Financial icon on their desktop.
Specified recipients can stay informed of each file arrival or transmission through email notifications. Concurrent transmission of multiple files is also possible. The software is delivered with installation support, provides remote management of any bank website changes, and also uses the smallest footprint of any competing solution.
Bringing new automation and event notification features to BOK Financial's commercial website process provides additional ease-of-use, controls, and information timeliness for corporate clients and BOK. By making BOK Financial's website more accessible to its corporate clients, Transporter also provides the bank an opportunity to accelerate and increase the adoption of its online offerings - increasing revenues and improving client satisfaction and retention.
"Now our banking clients have an easy way to streamline the daily task of exchanging files with us. Transporter software has been well-received by our corporate customers, and AP Technology is fully servicing each new installation and providing ongoing customer support. The Transporter solution has not required any technology changes at the bank; it has simply enhanced our corporate offering and its revenue potential by easing client implementation and usage. The flexibility and scalability of the Transporter solution has also allowed us make improvements to our website while maintaining a seamless file-delivery connection to our corporate clients," states Scott Smith, VP and manager of Product Development at Bank of Oklahoma.
"We are very pleased to partner with Bank of Oklahoma Financial to offer its corporate clients a simple way to save time through unattended file exchange. Transporter technology means faster and easier delivery of critical banking information. Files effortlessly arrive exactly when and where clients need them, to further enhance the client experience with BOK Financial's exceptional product offering," states AP Technology CEO, Richard Love.
