With over two decades of experience, Drake will lead Anduin’s global partner strategy to drive continued growth and engagement with our current and future partners, including leading law firms, fund administrators, and technology companies.

"Bringing on a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record in the private markets is precisely what we need during this momentous time in our company and industry,” said Eliot Hodges, CEO of Anduin. “With decades of operations and senior leadership experience at leading companies like Nasdaq, Drake will undoubtedly help bolster partner relationships, which are vital to the private market ecosystem, and further our mission of modernizing the investor onboarding journey worldwide.”

Drake joins Anduin from Nasdaq where he served as Managing Director of Private Fund Solutions. There, he was responsible for building teams and driving strategies to enhance go-to-market processes, sales results, and client experiences. Previously, Drake co-founded TopQ, a leading SaaS private equity performance analytics and due diligence platform, which was then acquired by Nasdaq in 2015. Drake has also held leadership roles at a number of financial investment companies, including JP Morgan Chase and Atlas Ventures.

"Anduin is fundamentally transforming how private market investors onboard and transact. It is at the center of a rapidly evolving investor relations tech stack fueled by innovation, partnership, and application connectivity,” said Paulson. “Everything from the company’s best-in-class technology, talent, and vision made joining an easy choice. I look forward to helping Eliot, Alin and the team take Anduin through its next growth chapter.”
