"Bill is a well respected industry veteran with extensive knowledge and experience in ASP offerings and electronic order routing. He will play an integral role in TTNET’s mission to provide the preeminent high performance global trading network that includes our expansion into Asia and the ability to deliver top tier automated trading solutions," said Rausch.
