The ECS Options Trading Framework enables buy-side traders using Eze Castle Software's Traders Console OMS to trade options electronically with the sell-side without leaving the OMS environment.

Eze Castle Software developed the Options Trading Framework to create a direct connection from the buy-side trader's desktop directly to the sell-side's options trading desk. Traders will have complete control over the parameters offered by the sell-side broker on their primary workspace. Traders can use Quick Send Profiles to define complex routing instructions with a "one-click" button.

"Eze Castle Software's Traders Console OMS is used by investment management firms that trade domestic and global equities, fixed income, and derivatives instruments," says Michael Hutner, Vice President of Connectivity Business Development at Eze Castle Software. "Offering the Options Trading Framework in the OMS front end further automates the trading process so the trader does not have to leave the OMS environment to send an options trade to the sell-side. The Options Trading Framework minimizes the steps involved in executing an options trade."

Eze Castle Software has over 270 clients based in the U.S. and U.K including investment managers, mutual funds, pension plans, broker dealers, and hedge funds. Their Traders Console OMS is used by both domestic and global equity, fixed income, and derivative trading desks.
