Moneris Solutions adds Gregory Leos and David Granoff to executive management team

Moneris Solutions, Inc., one of North America's largest electronic transaction processors, today announced two new members of the executive team. Gregory A. Leos was appointed Senior Vice President, National Sales & Account Management, and David Granoff was named Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships.

In his role, Leos will be responsible for leading the company's national sales and account management teams as well as the merchant sales support team. Granoff will oversee Moneris' strategic partnerships as well as the company's telesales program.

"Both Greg and David have the experience and expertise to bring Moneris Solutions to a new level," said Larry Wine, president of Moneris Solutions U.S. Group. "Greg is expanding our national sales team to offer Moneris' solutions to all corners of the country. David's background in strategy and business development will ensure that our services best meet the needs of our customers."

Leos has an extensive background in the payment processing industry and in sales management. He comes to Moneris Solutions from Wells Fargo Merchant Services. As the regional vice-president, Leos managed a sales and marketing team based in the Midwest and developed annual and quarterly financial plans to enhance the growth and productivity of the company.

Prior to his time at Wells Fargo Merchant Services, Leos served as regional sales manager, Northwest at Global Payments, where he created sales and marketing strategies focused on banks, trade associations and third-party vendor partnerships. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Cardlock Automotive Cards / FleetCor Technologies, one of the largest issuers and processors of fleet purchasing cards in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Leos was assistant vice-president, sales and marketing for JCB International Credit Cards in Los Angeles, CA.

Granoff comes to Moneris Solutions with more than 20 years of sales and business development experience. Most recently, Granoff served as senior director of renewal sales for TravelCLICK, where he spearheaded subscriber retention efforts through revenue management, strategic planning, sales, marketing and market analysis tools. Prior to that position, Granoff held a variety of strategic and sales roles for TravelCLICK, where he built corporate partnership programs and managed several sales teams.

Granoff has spent the majority of his career in the hotel industry. Some of his past positions include director of national sales for Hilton Hotels Corporation; senior account director for the Palace Hotel; and national sales director, business travel sales for Marriott International.
