This will ensure that they receive advice and support throughout the entire implementation and after sale support lifecycle, rather than simply during implementation or integration projects, when key decisions have already been taken.

The move comes after the appointment of Nick Harrall as Head of PSG in London, and Ellen Hickey in the role of Production Support Manager for North America earlier in the year. With two seasoned professionals heading up LatentZero services and support functions, the company is ensuring it retains consistently high service levels, even as demand increases.

Additional hires will be made in areas such as fixed income, derivatives and global implementation management.

Gail Romano, Director of North American Operations at LatentZero, explains, "With the increasing move to more advanced trading technologies and next generation trading engines, we are seeing an increase in clients and prospects looking to us for long-term strategic technology support, rather than for solutions to specific challenges.

We have taken care to build our PSG team over a period of time to ensure we have a service offering that will enable us to build durable long-term relationships with our clients. This ensures their trading systems continue to deliver value to the business long after the initial implementation."
