Titanbay, the preferred private markets investment platform for sophisticated investors, private banks and asset managers has appointed Trevor Isherwood as Global Head of Marketing as the firm continues to scale.

In this newly created role Trevor will focus on building a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise the business’ profile, educate audiences on the role of private markets, and drive user growth among smaller institutions that typically face significant barriers to building a thoughtful and bespoke private markets portfolio.

Trevor joins from Fidelity International where he was Marketing Director for Global Digital Wealth & Head of UK Digital and Content Marketing. An accomplished and award winning marketing leader, he previously worked for UBS Wealth Management, the world’s largest wealth manager. While at UBS, he was an Executive Director and held roles including Head of Marketing for Global Emerging Markets and Northern Europe.

Trevor’s appointment comes at a time of significant investment as the business expands its senior team. Recent hires include Chief Operating Officer Gareth Read, (ex-Barings, AshGrove Capital, Deloitte) and Head of Investments Alex Bozoglou (ex-Adam Street Partners).

Thomas Eskebaek, CEO of Titanbay commented: “Trevor’s global marketing expertise will be a brilliant addition to our senior team as we look to scale our marketing activities in this next phase of our growth trajectory. His deep experience in wealth management is particularly relevant given our work alongside Mercer to provide a comprehensive private markets solution for wealth managers and private banks.”

Trevor Isherwood, Global Head of Marketing at Titanbay added: “Titanbay has quickly become a highly-regarded business providing their excellent private markets solution to wealth managers, smaller institutions and GPs. I’m delighted to have the opportunity to work with this talented team and to accelerate Titanbay’s growth as we continue to evolve the future of private markets investing.”
