ADP Clearing & Outsourcing Services, Inc., a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), announced today that Michael Alexander has joined ADP Clearing & Outsourcing as Executive Vice President of Operations.
In his new role, Michael will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day clearing operations. This includes maintaining efficiency, streamlining processes, and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience running large scale operations for various financial firms. Most recently Michael served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Charles Schwab & Co. Prior to that, Michael worked in leadership roles at Smith Barney and Pershing. In addition, Michael serves on the Advisory Board for both the DTCC and NASD Operations, and was a member of the SIA Operations Committee and Database Management Division.
