The innovative loyalty app loyalBe has officially launched in Dublin, rolling out its powerful rewards platform to SMEs across Ireland, following strategic partnerships with Visa and Champion Green.

loyalBe provides local businesses with a seamless and data-driven loyalty platform, which enables SMEs to attract and retain customers through tailored rewards and automatic push notification campaigns, to increase customer loyalty and engagement.

The loyalBe platform also helps businesses better understand their customers, allowing them to view their top customers and demographic insights. By using bank-linking technology, customers automatically earn rewards with their favourite retailers, simply by paying with their debit card. This technology removes the need for any Point-of-Sale integrations or equipment in-store, allowing for a rapid and straightforward set-up.

As part of this exciting launch, loyalBe has welcomed many Dublin-based businesses onto the platform, including Sprout & Co Kitchen, Chimac, Bao Bun, Shaka Poké, PAIR Mobile, IT Star and Three Twenty Ice Cream Lab.

loyalBe Founder and CEO, Cormac Quinn, is thrilled to launch the loyalBe app in Dublin: “We are delighted to introduce loyalBe in Dublin, with many fantastic local businesses live on the app. In partnership with Visa and Champion Green, we are able to offer Dublin-based businesses an exclusive offer to join the platform at €10 per month for their first 3 months of sign-up. This gives local businesses the chance to compete with the larger brands and attract footfall with powerful, data-driven insights and tailored promotions for their top customers.”

Sinead Gargan, Store Manager at Kilkenny Design Centre and a representative of Champion Green, said: "The loyalBe app provides a fantastic way to get to know your customer and give something back to those who support our business on a regular basis. The app was so easy to set up, taking just 15 minutes and there is no time-consuming management of it going forward."
