Peoples Bank licenses Fincentric CRM platform

North Carolina-based, community bank, Peoples Bancorp (NASDAQ: PEBK), Fincentric Corporation and inBusiness Services today announced the signing of a contract to provide Peoples Bank with an integrated lead generation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution which will utilize the companies frontline service representatives and automate its sales tracking into a centralized contact management system.

Implementation will begin in May 2006.

Fincentric's Wealthview Leadbuilder and inBusiness' 360ºView CRM solution will enable Peoples to seamlessly distribute targeted marketing offers to frontline service professionals in the course of their regular customer service interactions, as well as maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. The Leadbuilder solution is embedded at the teller platform and works alongside a bank's existing core banking, marketing analytics, lead management and CRM system.
