F1 Payments adds Gambiana, Huff and Popok to executive team

F1 Payments, a fintech company focused on making the complex simple by complementing world-class technology with strong business and regulatory acumen, today announced several key senior leadership appointments of payments and fintech veterans to fuel growth.

Joel Gambiana has been named chief revenue officer, Tedd Huff has been appointed head of corporate strategy and William Popok joins the company as chief financial officer.

"Joel, Tedd and William are well respected and accomplished executives who will have a significant impact on expanding and broadening our business, capitalizing on market opportunities and delivering greater value to our customers," added Anselmo.

Gambiana has more than 23 years of experience in leadership and executive roles in the payments and fintech industry. He has served in sales leadership roles at Chase Paymentech, Bank of America Merchant Services, First Data, MerchantE, Paya, RBS Worldpay and TransFirst. He has also been an advisor for JSG Capital for over a decade, focusing on payments, go-to-market strategies, product development and global expansion for e-commerce start-up ventures.

Huff, with 23 years of experience, has provided strategic and tactical direction for Global Payments OpenEdge, Heartland Payments, Nuvei and TSYS among others, focusing on growth while delivering innovation, process improvements and user experience-driven value to simplify the complexity of payments. He is also podcast host and producer of Fintech Confidential and the founder of Diamond D3, a consulting firm focused on investor services, global payments, marketing and events management.

Popok has over 25 years in the payments and tech industries, having served in financial leadership roles as chief financial officer at Total Merchant Services, vice president of finance at SADA Systems and in division controller and finance director roles at Intuit and Agilent Technologies after becoming a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
