Fintech startup iSpent19 launches money management app

iSpent19 recognises that money management is a personal matter, which not only requires the “me” approach when dealing with bank transactions but should also offer people an opportunity to interact with friends and loved ones through its transaction sharing feature. Examples include couples managing joint accounts, going on holiday together with friends or university students sharing house bills. This transaction sharing feature is the first made available in the App’s dedicated Members’ Lounge.

Initially inspired by personal experience of frauds, Guang Deng (Founder & CEO) chose to help others avoid his experience by enlisting Open Banking technologies to power his mobile banking App. It quickly transpired that users could benefit in many ways from an app that offers them better visibility and control over their money. To the team at iSpent19, transaction personalisation seems the right approach to achieve these goals. They have spent the last eighteen months developing the App that will change the way money is tracked, managed and shared.

Personalised money management is designed to save time, worry and head space.

On its launch, iSpent19 offers users several useful features including:
1) a single place to view multiple bank and credit card accounts and a consolidated view of all transactions in chronological order;
2) powerful search and filter functionalities to quickly find the transactions users care most;
3) ability to personalise the money management journey through tagging, adding attachments, annotating or setting reminders to any transaction;
4) ‘Shopping Journey’ tags - a dedicated transaction Monitoring space, and the Link feature, which are designed to help users stay on top of shopping deliveries, exchanges or refunds and visualise relations between transactions.

iSpent19 can now be downloaded for free in the UK from the App Store and Google Play Store. Upon downloading, users will enjoy bank level securities to protect their data.
