AffiniPay names Dru Armstrong CEO

AffiniPay, the fintech leader in online payments for professionals, has appointed Dru Armstrong as new CEO. This high-profile hire comes as AffiniPay is experiencing tremendous growth and is on track to process more than $13B in payments in 2021.

Dru Armstrong is a customer focused CEO with extensive experience in running high growth software organizations. Leading the real estate performance management solution innovator, Grace Hill, as the CEO, she more than doubled the business to serve over 30% of all property management companies and professionals. She has a strong product management background; through her leadership, Grace Hill evolved from delivering a single product to being a full platform company with integrated products and services. She has extensive experience scaling technology companies with market leading private equity firms throughout her career; she has held leadership, operations and consulting roles across the private equity field. Armstrong’s experience in legal technology and the built environment will accelerate AffiniPay’s growth in those markets. Dru began her career in the legal environment and holds her J.D./M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

About Dru Armstrong

Dru Armstrong was the CEO at Grace Hill for over 5 years where she more than doubled the business through a combination of organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions that allowed the company to expand their product suite and enter new markets to serve the commercial and property management industries.

Prior to joining Grace Hill as the Chief Product Officer, Dru was a VP of Operations at The Gores Group and a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting group where she was a leader in the consumer and technology practice areas. Additionally, she co-founded and was CEO of Lily Pod, an innovative smart baby monitor company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, a Masters of Business from The University of Chicago as well as a J.D. from The University of Chicago. Armstrong is a leader on topics including innovation, diversity and inclusion, and verticalized software.
