Financial Objects has today announced that Edinburgh-based financial services organisation, Johnston Financial Ltd, has signed a deal to switch its current client management system back to fairs IFA Manager.
Johnston Financial took the decision to return to fairs and implement a 15-user licence of fairs IFA Manager to manage its back office and client servicing function.
Johnston Financial centres its approach on delivering quality client service and with recent enhancements and added functionality, fairs IFA Manager proved a close fit to Johnston's business requirements.
"Moving from one client management system to another is a demanding process that we did not wish to make more than once," said Caroline Johnston, director at Johnston Financial Ltd. "However, the developments at Financial Objects, the improvements to the fairs product and their assistance in converting back have made the decision a relatively easy one for us. We are delighted to be re-establishing our relationship with fairs."
The fairs IFA Manager system implementation and data-migration is now complete and parallel running with existing systems is underway.
Commenting on the renewed partnership with Johnston Financial, Gary Sawyer, managing director of fairs at Financial Objects commented, "I am delighted to welcome Johnston Financial back as a fairs client. With the backing of Financial Objects over the last twelve months, we have invested considerably in fairs and as a result have been able to greatly enhance the fairs product suite."
"This new implementation will enable Johnston Financial to streamline its business processes, providing increased productivity, reduced costs and enhanced support for compliance with industry regulations. Overall, they will gain a competitive edge and improve service delivery for their customers."
