TNS Ireland managing director Mark Collins comes on board as the new managing director for TNS UK and Ireland, while UK managing director Ray Low takes a new role as president of TNS' International Services Division (ISD).

Prior to that he was senior manager of Electronic Banking Support with Bank of Ireland and brings over 25 years IT and banking experience to TNS’ UK and Ireland operations.

Commenting on his appointment, Mark Collins says, "It is a fantastic opportunity and I'm absolutely delighted to take on this new responsibility. Our UK and Ireland offices will be working together to help customers meet these goals and continue to broaden our offering into new areas."

Ray Low established TNS' presence in the UK in 1996 and has grown TNS' UK business from a standing start to a multi-million pound annual business in just nine years. In his new role, Ray will look to develop TNS' global offerings and increase its market share in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Internationally, we'll be looking to roll out new products to accelerate growth and create further opportunities in new markets."
