Ron Shteinberg joins as Senior Director of Product Delivery and Gary Allinson as Head of Product go-to-market for Marketplace, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Payment Facilitators (PayFac).

Ron Shteinberg is a highly experienced product delivery leader in financial services having led product and engineering teams at Capitalflow, Wonga and Newable. He has a track record of establishing successful and agile ways of working between product and tech teams underpinning the fast, continuous release of new product features and functionality.

Gary Allinson is a payments specialist with a passion for developing merchant-led, innovative solutions and payment services. He joins us from Visa where he was responsible for developing product propositions and strategic partnerships, and prior to this worked with Sage, Worldpay and RBS in product solution and GTM roles.
Gary joins Cashflows responsible for development and delivery of product capability and market offering for platform channels including marketplace, ISV and PayFacs.

The news follows an impressive period of growth for the business, with new product launches including their Anytime Settlement solution, which enables businesses to access funds in a matter of hours following a transaction, and a number of new key hire appointments including Iain Craig, Chief Risk Officer and Francesco Tirelli, Chief Customer Officer.
