Briqpay’s co-founders Björn Widerström, Sara Johansson and Mats Andersson, Swedish fintech veterans with experience from Klarna and Bambora, team up to revolutionize the way companies sell and purchase online.

Today the company announces the launch of the service and the closing of a seed round led by Keith Richman's fund 31 Atlantic with participation from Fredrik Hjelm (Voi - CEO & Co-Founder), Christian Leone (Luxor Capital - CEO and Founder), Charlie
Chantarasopon (Boosted Commerce - Founder) and other experienced entrepreneurs and investors.

Briqpay provides an end-to-end checkout experience for business-to-business sales online. The scalable solution offers e-commerce companies an easy-touse technical payment platform. Integrating Briqpay into the e-commerce platform to offer any desired payment method is a simple way to ensure that the customer relationship stays within the e-commerce company’s ecosystem during and after the transaction takes place. What makes Briqpay unique is the possibility for the merchant to offer their own invoice in a seamless checkout flow. Briqpay eliminates steps in the checkout process for the buying company with instant address collection, while giving the selling company the flexibility to be in full control of the buying experience and
choose freely which payment methods to offer. The payment platform also allows for instant credit checks, so that the trader is in full control of the risk exposure. Additionally, all customer insights are easily accessible through a dashboard.

Briqpay's vision is to challenge the online sales process between companies, by eliminating friction and creating a long-term perspective.

“A vast majority of B2B e-commerce companies are already on a digitalization journey to optimize sales. Briqpay enables these companies to scale up business and strengthen customer relations, which will impact the bottom line,” says Björn Widerström, CEO and co-founder of Briqpay.

Briqpay has closed €606K in a seed round led by Keith Richman's (entrepreneur; Board member at VNV Global, Grubhub and more) fund 31 Atlantic with participation from Fredrik Hjelm (Voi - CEO & Co-Founder), Christian Leone (Luxor Capital - CEO and Founder), Charlie Chantarasopon (Boosted Commerce - Founder) and other experienced entrepreneurs and investors.

“Making e-commerce payments run smoothly, ensuring that you streamline and optimize your business in every way is a necessity in order to be successful online. The demands are higher than ever for quality suppliers that can deliver value to the next generation of online businesses. I am very excited to see Briqpay enter the market and drive positive change in this area,” says Keith Richman, 31 Atlantic.

Sales to companies do not have to be complex, Briqpay offers a flexible and scalable checkout solution. With Briqpay you get access to all local or global payment methods through one integration - including the selling company's own invoice. As a selling company, you always have the freedom to choose the payment methods that suit your business, and Briqpay will present them in a conversion-optimized checkout. Regardless of your current or future needs, Briqpay offers a solution for all types of B2B sales.
