First Derivatives Plc, the Newry based provider of software and consulting services to the world's financial markets, announce that the results for the year end February 2006 are indicating that the profit before tax and amortisation will be in line with market expectations of £1.6m.
First Derivatives ends the year with a strong balance sheet and a strong sales funnel. The Company is benefiting from improving revenue visibility, client loyalty and is enjoying more enquiries than ever before.
The Company proposes to release its preliminary results on 10 May 2006.
