Flux signs H&M to digital receipts platform

Source: Flux

We’re incredibly excited to announce our newest digital receipts partnership with the world’s second-largest clothing retailer, H&M.

H&M has been a stalwart of the world’s high streets for decades and has over 300 stores across the UK. The fashion giant has been an industry leader in adopting digital technologies to enhance customer experience and drive sustainable retail practice. We’re thrilled to be working towards an industry standard that is environmentally-friendly to replace paper receipts and offer another way to reduce contact at till.

This partnership with H&M marks Flux’s first foray into clothing and apparel, and our team has been working hard to enhance the design of our digital receipts to capture exciting new components like colour and size — we can’t wait to hear what you think of them!

Flux and H&M customers will also be able to use their digital receipts to return items, either by scanning a barcode that we’ll embed in the receipt for you or by citing the receipt ID to the cashier.

It’s the full power of a paper receipt — conveniently available in your banking app whenever you need it!
