Corelation to offer ChannelNet digital member engagement platform

ChannelNet has entered into a strategic partnership with Corelation to offer ChannelNet’s OneClick Financial , a patented digital member engagement platform.

The ChannelNet digital platform provides Corelation credit union clients with a turn-key digital engagement solution that improves communication effectiveness, drives share-of-wallet, improves marketing effectives while enhancing member satisfaction.

OneClick Financial is a data-driven, digital engagement platform designed to make communication between credit unions and their members relevant, automated, cost-effective, and engaging. OneClick Financial provides each member with their own personal page that cross-sells relevant products and services, integrates with social media, displays video, provides educational content, and gathers feedback and provides leads. This powerful platform enables credit unions to deliver a tailored and targeted experience that encourages relationship growth while creating consistent, positive member interactions.

ChannelNet established the partnerships with Corelation based on the growing requirement by credit unions and their members for a more relevant experience, which is critical to drive trust, loyalty, and a deeper relationship. Members expect a lot more from their credit union and relevant experiences are central to creating cross sell opportunities in a digital-centric world.

Using Corelation’s KeyStone open API ChannelNet will tap into core data real time to deliver relevant education and information to credit union members. ChannelNet will also be able to deliver leads directly to branches and other credit union personnel for immediate member follow-up via integration with KeyStone’s CRM module.
