The module, which utilizes the Crystal Reporting capabilities within Business Objects Enterprise, provides the capability to customize and personalize reports so users can extract only the data that is relevant, then manipulate and present information in their preferred format. Automated reporting timetables can also be specified to reduce duplication of effort when extracting information from the system.

A number of 4sight clients have already begun benefiting from the data management provided by the new module, and the resulting improvements in decision making and efficiency. Because the web reports can be accessed by an organization's clients to run their own individual queries and reports, transparency is also greatly enhanced thereby improving service levels and client satisfaction.

"This latest feature has seen us reach another key milestone in our development roadmap," says Alastair Chisholm, 4sight's Managing Director. "The reporting tool will enable our customers to gain added value from our Securities Finance system, and in turn help them to deliver greater value to their own clients. We are constantly striving to add useful features to our products to make life easier for our end users, and our strong focus on development is continuing to reap rewards for both 4sight and for our clients."
