We understand everyone is facing a very uncertain period and we would like you to know that FinTech Australia is working round the clock to ensure fintechs are represented in policy and budget relief discussions, and have access to the relevant resources that will allow them to continue building innovative, tech-first, financial products and services.
The Finnies have always represented the resilience of fintechs, promoted the achievements of the industry, driven awareness and encouraged further innovation. We understand that these are uncertain and challenging times; as such we have made the hard but necessary decision to postpone the awards to a date later in the year to Friday, 27 November.
New timeline
Entries close: 16 August, 2020
• Finalists selected by the FA board and General Manager, Monday, 24 August to Sunday 27 September
• Finnies Finalists to be announced on Tuesday 27 October at Intersekt, Australia's Fintech Festival
• Judging of finalists to take place from Monday, 5 October to Sunday, 8 November
• Gala Awards night, Friday 27 November 2020 in Melbourne
Entries are free for FinTech Australia members. Non-FA members will be charged per entry.
