Ent Credit Union to deploy BIG’s Five Voice Banking Platform

Best Innovation Group (BIG) a technology and financial services innovator, announces that Ent Credit Union ($5.7 billion; 355,000 members; Colorado Springs, CO) has signed on to give its members the power of voice using BIG’s FIVE Voice Banking Platform.

Ent has been a long-time partner with BIG, and voice-first banking is the latest in a series of innovative projects on which the organizations have collaborated.

BIG will build customized voice applications for the credit union that live on top of the award-winning FIVE voice framework. Currently, there are 15 credit unions with certified voice applications on the platform and more than a dozen others in progress.

“We know that our clients will need to offer voice applications across multiple voice service providers like Amazon, Google, and Samsung, so we felt it was important to create a platform where all of the content and integration to support those apps was centralized,” explains BIG’s Product Director Elizabeth Robins. “FIVE isn’t just a voice application. It’s a comprehensive environment enabling content management, administration, reporting, and control.”
