CardGenY, a digital transformation toolkit for issuers, merchant acquirers and processors, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Bill Gajda as Chairman.
“I’m delighted to welcome Bill on board, we are very fortunate to have someone of his leadership calibre”, said Peter Marriott CardGenY Co founder & CTO.
Bill was recently Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Innovation at VISA Inc. where he was responsible for their innovation and venture programs, as well as Visa’s relationships with global strategic partners and fintechs.
Before Visa, he was Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer for the GSMA, the global association spearheading all aspects of mobile technology spanning 219 countries and uniting nearly 800 operators. He has also held executive roles at Ericsson, Bell Canada and TELUS.
Bill brings significant knowledge and leadership as we enter our next chapter of expansion & product innovation.
