In her LenderClose role, Salge will ensure client satisfaction by drawing on expertise in report analysis. Other focus areas will be on meeting expected turnaround times, anticipating trouble spots and facilitating process improvements. Lien joins LenderClose from FINASTRA (formerly D+H) Financial Technologies in Clive where he served as a senior network engineer. For 20 years, Lien has specialized in architecture design, network management and troubleshooting. He is an expert at resolving complex software issues and improving existing solutions.

Lien brings a wealth of knowledge and skill in using various operating systems, protocols and cloud technologies to his role. Additionally, his ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team to create data models and improve code quality will ensure superior back-end support systems are in place to facilitate the success of LenderClose clients.
