Fidesmo today enters the Norwegian market with their first Norwegian bank collaboration when Eika Kredittbank launches Fidesmo Pay. The collaboration means that Eika customers with a Mastercard can connect it to a Fidesmo enabled wearable to tap and pay. Fidesmo enabled wearables are offered by several fashion brands, the Norwegian watch brand Berg Watches being one of them.

- We are glad to expand our Fidesmo Pay offering in Norway and to continue the journey to bring contactless services together with an established bank such as Eika in the Norwegian market, says Mattias Eld, CEO and co-founder at Fidesmo.

- In Eika we believe in providing our customers with the most convenient payment solutions, built on well proven international standards such as contactless technology and tokenization. Enabling our credit cards in Fidesmo Pay wearables and gadgets fits well with this vision, while still introducing a new and simple way of paying to our customers, says Sverre Skagestad, Manager Card Payment Schemes at Eika.
