Paris brings with him extensive data management experience gained from positions within leading financial services organisations, including Deutsche Bank, Instinet and Wells Fargo. He has a wealth of knowledge on Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and speaks regularly in the US and UK on how data management topics relate to risk management and compliance in financial services institutions.

In his new position David will be responsible for data convergence, data quality and data management services focused on finance, risk and compliance functions. His experience in advising on FSA "know your client" and anti-money laundering compliance will be relevant to his new role.

Speaking of his appointment at BearingPoint, Paris commented:

David Paris holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird (American Graduate School of International Management) and also speaks Chinese, Russian and French. His career has seen him work across America, Asia Pacific and of course Europe.
