Finantix appoints Marc Bussell to brand building role

Finantix, the global provider of digital enabling software for the banking, wealth and insurance sectors, has appointed Marc Bussell to the role of Global Marketing Director.

Bussell joins Finantix as the company continues to expand in markets across Europe, Asia and North America. His appointment follows the strategic investment in Finantix by Motive Partners announced late 2018 and represents a further key step in building out the firm’s brand.

Bussell has over twenty years of professional services marketing experience, beginning his marketing career at operations management firm Celerant Consulting where he led marketing efforts in energy, Celerant's largest industry practice, before heading up marketing in the UK and then establishing the firm's marketing activities in North America. He returned to Europe to run a global sports sponsorship programme as Director of Brand and communications, concluding his career with Celerant as Director of Corporate and UK Marketing. Most recently, Bussell was Director of Marketing Communications across Europe and Asia-Pacific for Capco, the global consulting firm singularly focused on the financial services industry.

At Finantix, he has responsibility for the firm’s global marketing activities at a fundamental point in its development. Bussell will work to ensure that the Finantix marketing strategy supports the firm’s growth targets, with a strong focus on building brand awareness and increasing the company’s profile among financial services and management audiences.
