Arman spent 15 years at FTSE 250 constituent IG Group, progressing from a graduate position to holding several senior management roles overseeing the Technology, Business Development and Operations departments, ultimately serving as Global Head of Operations.

During his time at IG Group the business grew from a small UK-only operation to over 1,400 staff located in 17 countries around the globe, with operations underpinned by industry leading proprietary technology.

Arman most recently joins LendInvest from ETX Capital, an award winning provider of retail trading technology and services where he spent three years serving firstly as COO, then as the company’s CEO.

At LendInvest, Arman will be responsible for overseeing the business’s operational strategy, using technology to continue to augment and scale company wide processes.

He is joining the company at an exciting time as we continue to build out a significant technology platform, which will drive efficiencies across the business through automating our processes.
