GL TRADE, global provider of front-to-back office software solutions for international financial institutions, announces that Numis Securities are live with GL RIMS, the solution offered by the Group's Settlement and Back Office division.

Numis Securities is a leading independent investment banking and broking group serving high quality London-quoted mid and small cap companies.

Numis were live with RIMS a little over 3 months following system selection. The continued growth in Numis' business was a major driving factor in selecting a new system. Increasing trading volumes now benefit from GL RIMS' highly automated, exception-based workflow. Even more importantly for Numis, their clients now experience an improved and more efficient level of service for matching and settlement, as well as lower failure rates.

Simon Bailey, IT Director for Numis Securities says: "Our aims have been achieved. GL RIMS has the robust and proven architecture necessary to manage an increasing volume of trades as our business grows and the functionality to support diverse requirements. GL TRADE adopted a partnership approach to this project and its expert implementation team worked with us every step of the way throughout this complex process to achieve a very satisfying end result. A genuine case of a system doing what it says on the tin."

Alex Walker, Professional Services Director for GL TRADE Settlement and Back Office division comments: "We are delighted to have worked with Numis Securities on this project. There has been great synergy between the teams. Numis Securities has an excellent reputation in the market and they have shared with us their vision as well as their detailed business knowledge."
