Citizens Bank rolls out Banc Intranets employee intranet

Banc Intranets, a provider of secure, web-based enterprise content management solutions for financial institutions, announced that Citizens Bank implemented its BancWorks® employee intranet to create a centralized point of access for all bank communications, policies, documents, procedures and other internal resources designed to drive employee engagement.

Citizens Bank, having successfully utilized Banc Intranets’ DirectorsLink® board portal to go completely paperless in its Board of Directors meetings, elected to also deploy BancWorks to ensure employees have quick and easy access to internal communications and materials. Having been implemented across its 14 bank locations, the bank indicated the intranet’s employee directory, robust ticketing system and overall customizability as critical factors in its decision. Likewise, the bank cited BancWorks’ ability to connect geographically separate employees and engage them with the bank’s unique mission and culture.
