Digital Asset Custody Company ("DACC"), a leading custody solution purpose-built for institutional investors and token issuers holding digital assets, today announced that it will provide custody solutions for aXpire ("aXpire"), a leading blockchain fund provider and financial technology company.

aXpire provides Token Generation Event ("TGE") products, enterprise resource planning tools and blockchain funds to institutional investors, particularly family offices. Token issuers and institutional investors also rely on aXpire's end-to-end token sale platform, which includes built-in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance tools and blockchain fund creation products.

"We are proud to provide our custody solutions to aXpire," said Doug Schwenk, Co-Founder and Chairman of DACC. "Establishing a partnership with aXpire was a clear next step for DACC. We are always working to expand our asset support to reach the largest number of cryptocurrency investors and give institutional investors a greater sense of confidence in the industry's future. aXpire is an influential market participant and it's rewarding to be able to provide them with a full range of custody services."

"One of the most critical needs in the current cryptocurrency marketplace is a trusted custody provider that prioritizes security first and foremost," said Adrian Guttridge, Co-Founder and Chairman of aXpire. "We were, and we still are, looking to establish aXpire as a leading provider of blockchain software and funds, and DACC helps us do that by assuring all of our underlying digital assets are kept safe. When looking for a solution to custodial services, it quickly became clear that DACC offers the technical know-how, institutional expertise and experience, knowledge of compliance requirements, and commitment to client service we require to continue growing our company and assisting new issuers."

DACC provides custody solutions for more than 100 cryptocurrencies and 12 blockchains to institutions including hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and token issuers. Its features include wide-ranging blockchain and token support, rapid and secure egress from cold storage, and cyber and physical security designed by a senior management team comprised of investment manager executives, highly skilled hedge fund operations personnel and government agency information security officers.
