Fintech Valley Vizag and Bizofit launch global startup challenge

Fintech Valley Vizag and Bizofit announced today the 1 Million $ Global Startup Challenge being conducted worldwide enabling startups to showcase their products and solutions and get a chance to win a total of 1 Million $ in funding.

With roadshows planned in 8 major cities (Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Paris, London, Hong Kong and Bangalore) around the globe, the challenge will culminate in Vizag with 25 Finalists from around the world pitching on Demo Day. Winners will be announced at the Award ceremony during the Vizag Fintech Festival from October 22-26, 2018.

The North American Roadshow – a multi-city series of challenges - hosted by Bizofit and Kyyba Innovations, kicked off in Chicago on September 7th. More than 150 delegates are expected at each of Chicago, New York and San Francisco Roadshows including Banks, corporates, startups, and investors.

The following Startups pitched in front of a panel of judges and investors:

Judges included prominent members of the Chicago startup ecosystem including Sean T. O'Kelly, Kevin Taylor, Shailu Tipparaju, Chad Glazer, Raj Krishnan, Sumeet Johar, Prateek Sangla, George Chikovani, Jerry Vachaparambil and Christian Ocana Vargas

The event included 2 CXO Panels. The first one on "Digital Trends and Imperatives for Corporates and Government" was moderated by Sri Atluri, a veteran Wall Street executive. The panelists included JA Chowdary, Sean T. O'Kelly, Ray Oral, and Anju Marempudi.

The second panel discussion on "Selling to Enterprises by Startups" was moderated by Nitesh Dixit, Principal at Auctus Advisors. The panelists included Ray Oral, Nykia Wright, and Paul McDermott.

The Chicago Roadshow & Regional Competition will be followed by New York on September 11th, San Francisco on September 13th, Tel Aviv on September 16th, Hong Kong on Sep 27th, Paris on October 3rd, London on October 5th, and Bangalore on October 10th.
